The following terms and conditions apply to the use of Mobility Freedom Ltd website, and accessing the Mobility Freedom Ltd website.
You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order. This enables you to be aware of any updated changes made to them.
The terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this website. Please read them very carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please take the opportunity to check and correct any input errors before submitting your order and progressing to the payment page.
1. Your Order
After submitting your order Mobility Freedom Ltd will give you an order reference number and details of the products you have ordered. Please print this for your records. An e-mail of acknowledgement will be sent. This is not an acceptance e-mail of your order.
If, for any reason, we decline part or all of your order we will e-mail/telephone you to explain reason of cancellation.
If, for any reason, your payment is not authorised we will inform you as soon as possible, and ask for an alternative method of payment.
All prices and charges on this site are shown in the currency relevant to the currency page chosen on the Mobility Freedom Ltd website. The prices include any VAT payable should VAT be relevant to the product ordered.
Any extra services will be clearly set out on the payment page before the order is submited. Therefore, the total cost of the order will be the price of the products ordered.
If a product is unavaliable we may offer an alternative product.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availabilty.
We determine to ensure all information on the Mobility Freedom Ltd Website is accurate. However occasionally human error can occur. If we discover an error in price/product description then we will contact you to ask if you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
2. Payments
Payment is taken when we process your order.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo
3. Delivery
Delivery must be to the address from which your payment card is registered.
Free postage and packaging on orders over £50.00 (exluding VAT and UK mainland only). Under £50.00 we will only charge at GPO special delivery rate or carrier rate.
There is a Delivery charge for all UK orders in the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Scilly Isles and Channel Islands.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Please keep all receipt(s) enclosed with your goods.
Please contact us for non UK mainland delivery charges prior to order.
Deliveries will be arranged dependant upon stock avaliability.
Smaller items may be delivered via Royal Mail
Deliveries are not made to Post office boxes.
Deliveries are normally between 7.30am and 6pm, we cannot confirm the actual time of delivery.
On receiving delivery please notifiy Mobility Freedom Ltd within 2 days if any parts or items are missing/damaged.
To enable goods to arrive in pristine condition an appropriate carrier will be choosen. We cannot be held responsible if goods arrive in more than one delivery.
4. Cancellation of Order
Cancellation will be accepted prior to goods being shiped out with no penalty being added to refund. Please contacts us to do so.
If you wish to return a product purchased from Mobility Freedom Ltd that is not suitable you must inform our office within 24hrs. For a full refund the goods need to be returned at your own expense within 14 days. The goods must be unused clean and in the original packaging.Outside this time scale a handling charge of 25% will apply
A refund will not be issued on items for hygeine use.
Any refund given due to missing parts of faulty goods we will include a refund for any delivery charges paid out by the customer.

Scooters are all 12 month back to base warranty unless special arrangemnts or extentions are taken out at time of purchase.
